Contact and Scheduling FAQs
What happens after I call?
We ask what happened, where, and whether the water or damage is still spreading. For emergencies, we send a crew right away. For everything else, we schedule a free assessment at a time that works for you and explain what the job will involve.
Do I need to be at the property when your crew arrives?
Not always. If you’re out of town, we can coordinate access with your property manager, HOA, or a neighbor.
Should I call my insurance company first?
That’s your choice. If water is still spreading or the building is open to the weather, calling us first lets us stop the damage sooner, and we will document everything for your claim before anything is removed.
What should I have ready when I call?
Just the property address and a quick description of what happened. If you know your insurance information, that’s helpful, but we can sort out the claim details once the damage is under control.
Do you offer non-emergency inspections?
Yes. If you’ve noticed a stain, a musty smell, or a slow leak, we’ll find the source and show you what it needs while it’s still a small repair. We also check properties for leaks and moisture before owners close them up for the season.
Who do I contact with a billing or insurance question?
Call our office at (970) 722-7744 or email [email protected], and we’ll get your question to the right person on our team.
