RMCR was prompt and professional when I called to request a mold test in our condo after we experienced a flood. They explained the process and worked with us to promptly schedule someone to come out. We did not use them for our flood mitigation; however, I wish we had. Unfortunately, we had a leak develop in our spare bathroom which is directly above our master bedroom which caused insulation and drywall damage.  Jonny was super responsive and got Colton out the next day to asses the damage.  Joanna got me a bid the same day.  The day after approving the bid, Jonnie had a crew on-site.  The repairs moved quickly and they did an awesome job with the repairs and painting.  You would never know the ceiling was opened up.  Super happy with with the process and the craftmanship.
